Thank You For Making The 28th Annual Furniture Industry Awards Gala A Huge Success!
The 28th annual Furniture Industry Awards Gala was held on Friday, October 25th, 2024, at the stunning Nido and Mariana Qubein Arena and Conference Center, located at High Point University. IHFRA was joined by over 450+ industry supporters as we came together in celebration of each of our honorees:
- Broad River Retail, received the Retailer of the Year award, accepted by Charlie Malouf (CEO) & Manny Rodrigues (COO).
- Caroline Hipple of Hooker Furnishings was recognized as Icon of the Industry.
- Andy Counts of the AHFA was named a Pillar of the Industry.
- Tammy Nagem of the High Point Market Authority was named a Pillar of the Industry.
- Michael Neros of the Home Furnishings Representatives of Michigan was presented with the Distinguished Service Award.
- Dave McKinnon, Jeff Russell, & Ron Russell of Ashley Furniture all received Legacy Rep awards.
- Chris Guseinov of Michael Amini (AICO) was recognized as a Rising Star for showing exceptional promise as a future leader in the industry.

Each October, IHFRA hosts “FIAG”–the Furniture Industry Awards Gala. This is the event of the year, where we gather to reconnect with friends over good food & drink and recognize those who truly shined in the industry this past year. The awards presented include the Retailer of the Year, Pillar of the Industry, Icon of the Industry, and the highest honor bestowed on a sales representative, the Distinguished Service Award.
