What is IHFRA All-Stars?
Each April during High Point Market, we host the IHFRA All-Stars event, a peer-to-peer awards program. Anyone can vote for outstanding furniture sales reps who meet the criteria for the Ambassador Award, Mentor Award, Trailblazer Award, and the Innovator Award.
Attendees will enjoy FREE food, drinks, music, and networking.

About the Awards
IHFRA Ambassador Award
The Ambassador Award recognizes IHFRA members who through personal and professional behavior, reflect the best qualities of both the independent sales representative and IHFRA.
IHFRA Mentor Award
The Mentor Award recognizes sales reps who have been outstanding in encouraging and mentoring others to establish and reach goals while continually improving.
IHFRA Trailblazer Award
The Trailblazer Award recognizes sales reps who identify and pioneer new opportunities, point the way for others, take measured risks and create new opportunities.
IHFRA Innovator Award
The Innovator Award is given to a sales rep who consistently implements and executes innovative, effective and out-of-the-box solutions for his or her customers.
