The LINK Ambassador Program is a strategic initiative to enhance IHFRA's presence, connect reps with resources, and strengthen industry relationships.

The LINK Ambassador program aims to:

Expand IHFRA's Influence at markets
Recruit new members and promote benefits
Build partnerships with manufacturers
Secure sponsorships for education and events

Ambassador's Role

Program Structure & Eligibility

To ensure our ambassador's succeed, we have developed the following program structure:

Eligibility: All LINK Ambassadors must be active IHFRA members in good standing.
Term Length: Ambassadors will serve one-year terms that are renewable based on performance.
Support: Ambassadors will receive training, program-specific resources, and recognition for their efforts in the form of tiered rewards and special incentives.

Recognition & Rewards

There are three reward tiers established for Ambassadors:

Bronze – Certificate & Social Media Shoutout
Deliver 1 presentation and recruit 1-5 new IHFRA members.
Silver – $50 Gift Card & News Letter Feature
Deliver 2 presentations and recruit 6-10 members
Gold – $100 Gift Card, Plaque, & Opportunity to Co-lead an Event
Deliver 3 presentations and recruit 10+ members

Specialty Awards Include:

Ambassador of the Year
Top Recruiter
Manufacturer Connector Award
(for securing sponsorships or partnerships)

IHFRA’s Board of Directors is responsible for guiding the organization's strategic direction, ensuring its mission aligns with the needs of independent home furnishings representatives. Board members serve as industry advocates, providing leadership, governance, and support for key initiatives.
